This is the newest of our properties. Built in 2008 specifically for our requirements, this property in Ingleburn currently holds 144 storage modules. It has capacity for storing 46 x 20’ containers outside and 24 x 20’ containers inside the building. There is also lounge racking to allow customers lounges to be stored free standing.
This property was also built to have a minimal impact to the environment. Some of the environmental features of this property include:
· 115,000 litre underground water storage tank.
· Low energy lighting throughout.
· Large areas of windows and sky lighting to enable maximum natural light.
· Native landscaping reducing need for irrigation.
